After a protracted illness, 83-year-old poker superstar “Amarillo Slim” Preston passed away. The legendary player was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, the winner of four WSOP bracelets, and the 1972 Wsop Championship Event champion.
Preston was diagnosed with cancer and heart illness a few days ago, according to earlier reports, and he was seen in a clinical institution.
